I have looking for light weight hunting clothing for me. Currently I use a mens jacket.
I cannot find any camo hunting gear in wool or wool blend. I live and hunt in the Adirondacks of New York so my hunting gear has to keep me warm below zero. Any suggestions??? I just bought my husband some First Light . It is super light weight and can layer without bulking up.. but no womens jackets, pants, or bibs..just mens.
Jen the Prois Pro-edition is compressed fleece. Wind stopping and rain resistant. It has pockets for hand warmers between the shoulder blades and also on the outside of the arms. I have layered with other Prois items such as the sherpa jacket or the sherpa vest. (Under layers as well). I am in Northern WI so I know exactly what you mean.
