I am having a hard time finding women's hunting boots that fit. I have a wide foot and bunions. The women's boot that I find are for narrow feet, so they kill my feet. Men's boots are too big, especially in the heel. My husband and I bird hunt, and I can not find upland hunting boots, especially ones that are waterproof. I hate ordering online, to find the boots do not fit and then paying the shipping costs to return them.

Also, I cannot find women's waders to fit either.

Hello, nice article full of useful and informative topics..
Prois Hunting Apparel is awesome, It’s great that so many manufacturers are starting to see the picture, that women hunters are growing in number and we deserve the same consideration for our hunting clothes as men.We finally have the clothing, now how about making it affordable???

Prois Hunting Apparel is awesome - the most important equipment a woman needs is her clothing. Without good clothing to keep you warm and still allow you to move, its not even worth going out in the field. I'd been wearing my husband's hand-me-downs for the last few years and its just not fun. I was never as warm as I should have been or as comfortable. I found Prois about a year ago thanks to a friend of mine and I immediately starting ordering my gear. I have to say that other than my two best investments for hunting season have been my bow and my Prois gear. A big Thank You to Kirstie at Prois for creating such a wonderful tool for women.

It's great that so many manufacturers are starting to see the picture, that women hunters are growing in number and we deserve the same consideration for our hunting clothes as men. However, I still see two problems. One, the clothing features are still often quite inferior - lack of gear pockets, more fashion-minded than functionality-minded, lack of water/windproofing garments. The second is the PRICE. Because they call it a women's clothing line, designed for women by women, the prices are simply outrageous. I actually found some great pants by one manufacturer that had the needed pockets, the quiet material, the fit, the water and windproofing, but they cost $200!!! The few stores that actually carry women's lines never put the women's lines on sale like the men's. We finally have the clothing, now how about making it affordable???

It is great that hunting clothes are now being designed for women. Why should men have all the fun?
